CVOHAIR Sent an incorrect color not like pictured color or color #2. On the package tag you can clearly see the #4/#6 was crossed out and 2 was written in with a marker. The color I received had a red tint to it. CVO told me quality was in tact, denied accountability for color and told me I would have pay for return shipping when it is their mistake because the color is not as advertised or identified. It does not list on their website the color may not be correct or may be a different shade. Did not know this product was an international shipment until after purchase. Aside from requesting to pay for return shipping CVO also requested I falsify information with customs as $12 Hair sample instead of the $176 I paid for full item. In doing so if item is lost I will get paid $12 not the full value I paid. Avoid this company because if the product quality is not there, it’s not worth the headache or additional money lost in return shipping if they claim they did not receive it.
